Characteristics of steel structure:

1. Sound insulation

The windows installed by light steel system are using hollow glass, and the sound insulation effect is so good as to be above 40 decibel; The sound insulation effect of wall composed of light steel keel and insulation material –gypsum plate can be up to 60 decibel

Completely dry construction will not be influenced by environment and season. Only 5 workers can complete all whole processes from foundation to decoration for one about 300m2 building within 30 working days.

4. Durability

Light steel-structure residential building is composed of cold-formed thin-wall steel component. The steel rib is manufactured by super corrosion-resistant high-strength cold-rolled galvanized plate, so as to effectively avoid corrosion of steel plate in construction and use process and add the service life of light steel component. The service life of the structure can be up to 100 years

5. Energy saving

All walls are efficient and energy-saving, and the heat preservation, thermal insulation and sound insulation effect are good to reach to 50% energy-saving standard.

6. Thermal insulation

The insulating materials are mainly glass fiber cotton, which have good insulating effect. The insulation board of outer wall is used to effectively avoid “cold bridge” phenomenon of wall and reach to better insulation effect. The thermal resistance of about 100mm R15 insulated cotton is equivalent to that of 1m brick wall.
