Description:

1.Self-leveling mortar is a kind of inorganic pumping of self-leveling floor material, mixing water with good fluidity, automatic and precise leveling ,for flatness precision requirements higher ground environment t.

2.With good compressive strength, flexural strength, bond performance ,wear resistance and cracking resistance.

3.Suitable substrate:sufficient strength concrete, fine stone concrete and cement mortar ground, basic should have good volume stability, relative humidity is less than 95%.

4.Applicable to civil, commercial and industrial and other ground, construction thickness of  2-15 mm.

5. Per square metre per mm thickness of  about 1.6 kg.

Instruction:

1.the primary surface should be clean, no dust and debris and with the  interface agent.

2.A bag of 25 kg of self-leveling powder need to add net water 4.7 kg.  mechanical stirring for 5 minutes or more ,should be fully stirred, no powder, caking, segregation. Can not change the amount of water at will ,use  immediately after mixing.

3. Can be mechanical pouring or artificial construction, use self-leveling special tools After drying for 24 hours, can walk on it (ambient temperature 20 ℃).

4.During construction and 7 days after construction, the environmental temperature should not be less than 5 ℃, After hardening should be timely watering.

5, The construction of the surface layer material can be conducted 24 hours after self-leveling construction.

6, The structural joint and other parts should be retained and gap,and fill with elastic material, cannot be closed.
