To connect to a 5G network, you need to activate your iPhone through an Internet provider that provides 5G services. Some providers may also require the use of 5G service plans or new SIM cards. Please contact your provider for more information.
Apple Store's official flagship store sells and delivers products only to end-user consumers. You may not purchase products from Apple Store for resale purposes. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that your purchase is not for the final living needs, we reserve the right to reject or cancel your order, whether or not you have completed the payment.
Most of the goods we send contain valuables. Please beware of losing them. Please note that if you choose to deliver the goods to the office, the goods may be left at the reception desk or in the reception room. In addition to your personal signature, the signature of your family member or your designated third party, or your instruction to the carrier to place the product at the designated place, will also be deemed to be signed by you and the delivery of the product has been completed. Please note that the carrier will check your identity with you when receiving the goods.
Please note that after your payment, we will ship the goods within the delivery time shown on the order page.
We deliver the goods for you free of charge. The carrier shall be determined by Apple.
Electronic general invoice
By default, the official flagship store of Apple Store issues ordinary electronic invoices with personal title, and does not provide special VAT invoices. The invoice can be used for reimbursement, proof of warranty eligibility and application for maintenance. The invoice issued by the company is not supported for the education discount order.
Electronic invoices can be viewed and downloaded on Tmall platform only after the order has been confirmed.
After receiving the electronic invoice, if the customer finds that the invoice type, invoice title, content or amount are not consistent with the information filled in when placing the order or asking for change, please contact the customer service of the official flagship store of Apple Store.
Special value-added tax invoice
Apple only issues VAT invoices for corporate procurement transactions. Orders from the education store will not apply to this invoice type. The invoice can be used for company reimbursement, tax deduction, proof of warranty eligibility and application for maintenance.
To apply for a special VAT invoice, please read and agree to the confirmation letter of applying for Enterprise VAT invoice. Apple reserves the right to require customers to provide other relevant documents, including but not limited to: company confirmation letter, bank payment voucher, etc.
Confirmation letter of Application for Enterprise VAT invoice
On behalf of our company, I purchase goods or services from your company and make payment, and apply to your company for VAT invoice for the actual purchase of goods or services.
According to the national tax law and relevant regulations on invoice management, no unit or individual may require others to issue VAT invoices that are not in line with the actual business situation. The information I provide to your company is true and accurate, if it is not true, I am willing to bear the corresponding legal liability.
I am fully aware of the above legal provisions and confirm to ask for invoices only for the goods or services actually purchased by our company.
If you issue a special VAT invoice, please fill in the template of "VAT Special invoice Information" and provide your invoice information. When you are finished, please email the template to vatbk@apple.com.

We will verify the VAT special invoice information within 3 working days after confirming the receipt of your VAT invoice application, and notify you by email after verification. After the invoice is issued, it will be sent to your designated "invoice delivery address" through EMS express service.
Refund and return
Apple complies with China's three guarantees and provides a seven-day return service for consumers at Apple Store's official flagship store. Apple Store official flagship store reminds you: after receiving the goods, please immediately carefully check the appearance, color and configuration of the products to meet the requirements. If you find any doubt, please contact the customer service staff of the official Apple Store flagship store immediately. If you need to return the goods, after the order return application is approved, we will arrange free door-to-door pick-up, courier will usually come to pick up or telephone to arrange pick-up time 2 working days after the return application is approved. Weekends, except holidays. Please do not send it back by yourself, and there is no need to choose freight insurance. Waiting for Apple to pick up the goods free of charge. After we have received the return and verified by the relevant departments, we can return and exchange the goods for you.
If you need a refund, you need to return the promotional product together with the eligible product to get a full refund. If you do not return both items, your refund will be deducted from the separate market retail price of the item you have not returned, that is, you will not enjoy any preferential amount. Replacement is not supported in this event.
If we accept the product you returned, we will return to you the cash part paid in your previous purchase, that is, excluding the Tmall integral deduction price part. In order to improve the efficiency of refund only, your order information will be sent to Tmall's system for automatic refund.
Order confirmation and customer satisfaction Survey
We will send order confirmation information to the mobile phone number associated with your Tmall account by SMS. The mobile phone number entered after placing the order cannot be changed. Please make sure that it is correct.
After completing the order, you may be invited to participate in our customer satisfaction survey, which is completely voluntary. All replies received will be kept completely confidential. Apple will not collect or request any personal or bank information in the survey.
