1、减速器选用冬用齿轮油或饱满气缸油光滑，其油面应确保蜗杆部浸入油中。减速器运用一年换一次油。

2、主轴轴承及减速器输出轴端的轴承应守时替换或弥补4号钙基光滑脂，两年换一次油。

3、在每次开车前应给开式齿轮加注光滑油。

4、其他需求光滑部位应在每次开车前加油光滑，特别是减速器输出轴上两个齿轮间的止推环和活动齿轮的轴套应加注光滑油。
