YGZ100导轨式回转凿岩机产品介绍：

YGZ100导轨式回转凿岩机是以压缩空气为动力的中深孔凿岩机具，与CTC14.2型双机采矿钻车或TJ25型圆盘式钻架配套。以压缩空气为动力的中深孔凿岩设备主要用于井下采矿场接杆钻凿上向扇型或环型中深孔的石方工程。适用于巷道断面为2.5*2.5m到3m*3m钻孔直径50－80cm，有效孔深30m。采用直径65mm的十字型合金钎头在F12-14级矿岩中，平均纯凿岩速度可达680mm/分。该钻架结构简单，拆运方便，工作安全可靠，效率高。
YGZ100导轨式回转凿岩机的转钎扭矩较大，故在钻凿具有列隙、溶洞的矿岩时不易卡钎，即使有时发生卡钎故障亦可采用弱冲击回转办法消除故障。凿岩机所适应的轴推力范围大，故便于操作。
