600型风冷粗碎机采用卧式结构，主轴由两个滚动轴承支承，轴上装两个动力架，每个动架上安装 4把定刀，在两个轴承座外侧分别安装传动皮带轮和平衡轮，在机壳中装有4把定刀。由动刀在粉碎室内进行强力剪切，根据出料的大小，可调碎室内筛网，进而达到粉碎之目的。

用途：

1.可将6-10mm的物料粗破碎成2-5mm的颗粒（颗粒可通过更换筛网）。

2.风冷装置可使粉碎室内保持常温。

3.刀片式粗碎机打出来的颗粒均匀，比较规则。

易损件：刀片(定刀：4把，动刀：21把），使用20天后需维修打磨。
