Prestressed Warp-Weft Yarn Paper applies "prestressing method", which is called "the re-invention of Chinese paper making". It is made from 100% native plant fiber (wood or bamboo pulp) scientifically combining cotton yarn or other yarns by special technique and process. The yarn is merged in the pulp, bracing and resisting tension. This is a new material combining paper making and woven textile.

The yarn paper has both the properties of paper and strength of cloth. The strength of yarn paper is determined by prestressed warp and weft yarns, and the pulp is only filling material, which substantially decreases the usage amount and quality requirement of pulp. To obtain different strength and properties of yarn paper, we only need to change the material, specifications and density of yarns, and change types of pulp.
