Product Introduction
腾博半磁加超强磁选机采用稀土钕铁硼强磁材料所制，根据物料特性，超强磁性的磁选机可以将上微弱磁性的材料分选出来，实现物料分离的功能，目前市场的物料分选多数为铁粉，铁销，各种铁比例高的材料分选，而分选三氧化二铁铁锈之类的物料，通过普通的强磁是很难分选干净的，分选过程提高了分选难度，通过提高磁场的磁力线密集程度，就是增加磁性，来让一些上微弱磁性的材料可以吸附起来，与其他不上磁性的材料分离，实现资源再生，利国利民。
通过磁场的交替变化，来对物料加以分离的过程，实现不同物料，除铁的过程，而超强磁选机的目的就是分选难度高，上弱磁性的材料，可以分选干净。通过半磁磁鼓，筒皮转动，磁铁不动，磁选筒皮滚筒的过程中，物料吸附在滚筒表面，滚筒转动的时候，物料随着向下转动，到半磁磁铁没有磁场的区域，自动脱落。实现了磁选的目的。下面有超强磁选的皮带，皮带套到磁性达到14000高斯的磁辊上，上弱磁的磁选物料又一次分离。
