压轨器：也称作焊接型压轨器、焊接型钢轨固定装置、钢梁压轨器、焊接型压板无论怎么称呼其作用只有一个就是压紧固定钢轨。通常是焊接在工字钢梁上有时候也用在预埋在混凝土的钢板上。压轨器以套为准，每套均包括：底座、上盖、穿肖、螺栓、弹平垫圈。

焊接型压轨器采用材料及要求：

（1）钢板，夹板和型钢采用Q235钢（3号钢），其技术条件应符合国家标准规定。

（2）六角头螺栓螺母弹簧垫圈垫圈应符合国家标准规定。

（3）压板采用碳素钢铸件（ZG230-450）或可锻铸铁（KTZ450-06），其机械性能应满足表要求。

（4）弹性垫板采用复合橡胶垫板，橡胶压舌及橡胶垫板采用耐油橡胶，其性能应符合GB5574-85中3807标准。
