离心式固液分离器系列

离心式固液分离器依据离心分离原理，用于分离液体中可沉降固体物，独特的内部加速运动产生高速旋转的涡流，从而高效率分理出液体中的固体杂质。分离器的分离效率取决于微粒密度和液体粘度，微粒比

重越大，粘度越低，分离效果越佳。对于大于40微米的大比重颗粒分离效率高达98%，JQ分离器小可分离出5微米的固体杂质。JQ分离器在分离过程中不使用任何活动部件，无需清洁或更换过滤元件，

可常年使用而无需维护。

离心式固液分离器工作原理

（1）进入，透过旋流导向管（2）进入加速环（3）流速加快形成高速旋流，做循环旋转运动，比流体比重大的微粒被离心力甩到分离腔（4）的外壁，微粒顺着外壁滑落到收集腔（5），干净液体转向从出口

（6）流出。防涡器（7）能防止进入收集腔的沉淀杂质被涡流卷起。含高浓度杂质的液体从排污口（8）排出。
