1、请问你们店运费是如何计算的？
答：由于本店所售产品的特殊性，通常购买数量较大，而每款的重量都不一样，所以需要根据亲们购买的实际重量和地区运费标准计算的，默认的运费标准为快递的运费，如果发快递可以直接拍下支付。如果量大需要发物流的，请与我们的客服在线取得联系，通知客服修改运费事项，通常发物流运费到付（即买家提货时支付给物流公司）。
2、我是“ΧΧ县的”，衣架数量大，较重，发快递不划算，请问可以发物流吗？
答：可以的。并且建议100公斤以上（儿童衣架通常在2000个左右）的件，都推荐走物流，自己提货。物流可以发到市、县级城市。运费比快递要便宜很多，具体资费标准请咨询客服。
3、你们店有哪些快递？
答：普通快递有（如中通、圆通快递、优速快递等等）、普通货运物流有（货运市场发货，自己提货，批发客户推荐）
4、在你们店购买的衣架，如果被物流、快递压断了，不能使用了怎么办？
答：根据产品的特点，知道签收时一个个检查不现实。因此本店特开通绿色通道，凡在本店购买的所有产品，一律直接签收即可，无需验货；签收后不影响所有售后问题，有折断压破情况，凭照片即可申请对应金额赔款。
