概述：

RCYC系列自卸式永磁除铁器，无需励磁线圈，省电节能。采用永磁第，能保持恒定的的高场强永磁场，磁系内部采用的环氧树脂浇注，形成一个整体，在恶劣的环境中长期运行，无帮障。自卸机构由不锈钢的刮板，环行胶带，摆线针轮减速机，工作框架等组成。能除去混杂在非磁性的物料中重量为0.1-35kg的的铁磁性物质,即可提高原料的品位,同时也能用于加收铁磁性的物质。

特点：
  ◆磁路采用计算机模拟的设计,完善的的双磁结构,磁场强度高,梯度大,吸力强.
  ◆高性能的钕硼做磁源,磁程深,不易退磁,八年退磁不超过的5%.。
  ◆腰鼓形流滚筒的结构，具有自动的纠偏功能，全密封的轴承座，密封性好，能适应各种恶劣的环境。
  ◆皮带自动的卸铁，可保障长期无故障的连续运行。
  ◆结构紧凑，规格齐全，并拥有的防爆型。
  ◆工作时将吸附在除铁器上的的铁磁性杂物通过处动卸铁装置自动抛出，实出了除铁的自动化。
  ◆控制部分可与皮带机的连锁，实现就地手动控制和集中控制的两种方式。
