QKZ-70D气电联动潜孔钻机是为水利工程、建材工地而设计的一种新型的凿岩设备，适应露天矿山、水利、建筑边坡处理等工程的各类岩层钻孔。

QKZ-70D气电联动潜孔钻机是冲击回转式钻机，其内部结构与一般凿岩机不同，其配气和活塞往复是独立的，即冲击器。前端直接联接钻头，后端联接钻杆。凿岩时冲击器潜人孔内，通过配气装置（阀），使冲击器内的活塞（锤体）往复运动打击钎尾，使得钻头对孔底岩石产生一种回旋力。

体积小，重量轻，适合于大、中型钻机无法进行作业的场所，方便灵活。
