主要适用于花生原料除杂、脱壳、分选，广泛适用于中小型油厂，加工厂，种子公司，副食品加工厂等。

注：提供一片备用花生筛片,和电机皮带轮,花生主轴一根(茶籽花生两用剥壳机)

脱壳机加工种子的要求（以花生为列）。

1、花生干湿适宜，太干则破碎率高，太湿则影响工作效率。

2、农村储存的花生一般较干，为使其干湿适宜，冬季脱壳，脱壳前用10千克左右的温水均匀喷洒在50千克皮果上，并用塑料薄膜覆盖10小时左右，然后再在阳光下晾晒1小时左右即可开始脱壳，其他季节用塑料薄膜覆盖的时间为6小时左右，其余相同。

3、也可以将较干的花生浸在大水池内，浸后立即捞出并用塑料薄膜覆盖1天左右，再在阳光下晾晒，待干湿适宜后开始脱壳。
