2. in-process quality control

(1)   Pre-production quality control: operators inspect raw materials visually, and check with the machine process parameters; the inspection operators review and confirm, technicians review the process and confirm again.

(2)   Production process quality control: QC operations inspectors inspect the products at site (10 random samplings every 15 minters), and fill in the relevant quality records;check the products, product weight, geometry and other variables; inspectors test on the properties and the accepted variables of the product (every hour) , and re-check the inspection operation operators products.
