圆锥分级机，是一种简单的分级、脱泥及浓缩用设备。外形为一倒立的圆锥。在液面设置给矿圆筒，圆筒底缘没入液面以下若干深度。矿浆沿切线方向向给入圆筒，经缓冲后由底缘流出。流出的矿浆呈放射状向周边溢流堰流出。

分泥斗工作原理：

分泥斗又称圆锥分级机，是一种简单的分级、脱泥及浓缩用设备。它的外形为一倒立的圆锥。在液面设置给矿圆筒，圆筒底缘没入液面以下若干深度。矿浆沿切线方向向给入圆筒，经缓冲后由底缘流出。流出的矿浆呈放射状向周边溢流堰流出。在这一过程中，沉降速度大于液流上升分速度的粗颗粒将沉在槽内，并经底部沉砂排出。细颗粒随表层矿浆进到溢流槽内。给矿粒度一般小于2mm。分级粒度为75μm或更细些。分泥斗具有结构简单，易于制造，不耗动力等优点。
