批发代发说明

以下条款请买家认真阅读，自订单之时起生效，

如有其他异议请及时联系在线客服人员了解之后再订货。

一·关于物流

1、快递：有中通，申通，韵达，邮政快递，也可到付顺丰。大件：安能，优速快递。

2、物流：货运运费一般是到付，货品需要到货运站点自提，物流公司可由客户提供，也可以由我们为您选择较为合适的。

二·关于发货

1、代发客户：每天17:00前下单的一般当天都可以发货

如遇周末、节假日人手不足的时期，发货周期会有所延迟，请谅解。

2、批发客户：所下订单数量在仓库充足的情况下会在1-2个工作日内安排发出

大批量的则会另行约定时间安排发货。

三·关于收货

收货时请仔细检查箱体四周，如发现外箱严重变形、破损，封箱包装带断裂缺损，封箱胶带不完整,有明显被拆封开启的痕迹务必当面拆箱验货！

若有少货或破损，先不要提走货物,在货运站哪里联络我们进行协商；否则签收后视为无异议接受商品。

四·关于退换货

1、无质量问题退换货：本店一经售出，除质量问题外，一概不接受退换货。

2、质量问题退换货：我们所有售出产品的均有出货包装检查，确保产品质量，但因各种不确定因素，我厂只能保证到货95%-98%的产品质量无问题。如确定出售的产品出现问题影响售卖，可以联系客服协商处理。

3、在运输过程造成货损：收货时请务必当着物流或快递人员的面拆箱检查，纸箱是有弹性的，塑料玩具是没有弹性的，所以有可能会外箱不破损，内物破损，请务必验货后再签收。产品5%损坏属于正常范围内，我们将提供再次订货补发配件修补的服务。

五·关于代发问题

1、无质量问题申请退货，产品确保包装完好退回，另外需扣取我们发货运费。

2、质量问题如产品损坏，不能正常使用，人为损坏所产生的退换货费用均由买家承担。收到的产品本身出现问题，缺失配件或者只需补发配件即可解决问题的情况，或者退货处理,费用由我们承担。

3、如分销商因未能充分了解产品导致售后不能妥善处理，后寄回的产品经过检测没有问题的，运费由分销商承担。

4、所有退货商品需要与客服联系后登记方可申请退款，谢谢配合！！！
