一，关于发货

2、本店默认韵达、德邦、高铁，如要其他快递，请旺旺联系客服！发普通货运的订单，运费到付。客户指定货运公司的请联系客服留言。如由于买家信息填写错误，如电话地址造成的货物退回需要客户承担来回运费。（偏僻地区需备注或者告知先生客服）
3、运输是由第三方物流公司完成，非我们所能控制。运输受天气，车辆安排。交通条件等诸多非人为可控因素影响，可能造成运输时间与我们与您预估的时间有出入，所以时间仅供参考，不作为合约的内容，也不作为退货的理由。
4、运费说明
运费一般需要计算修改，网页上设置的是全国统一发快递运费，下单联系客服根据收货地址计算修改运费。发物流货运联系客服修改运费到付即可。
二关于价格
本店是工厂直销店，店铺内产品价格除标注包邮产品外，均为出厂价，不含运费等任何其他费用；公司或者档口如果需要样品确认的，样品费按产品价格收费，发顺丰到付，下单的可视订单情况退回样品费，具体拿样是联系客服。
三关于收货
1、请先验货再签收！
玩具本身就是易损品，客户签收是如不验货签收，签收后说产品损坏，这个不作为退货退款依据。我们能保证的就是产品出库是完好的，但是路上难免互磕磕碰碰。如验货是发现产品损坏，请立即拒收并联系我们！如不验货就签收者，退换货产生的费用自行承担！
2、有少货情况再签收后24 小小时内给我们留言，我们会尽快帮您核实清楚情况。如遇货物包装有破损，货物缺失或损坏请拍照留证，拒收快件，并联系我们处理
3、我们会尽量加强货物包装，尽量避免损耗，但正常运输损耗是难以避免，如不幸出现损耗，我们采取下次进货补货配件的方式解决，不单独补发，请谅解。如果客户要求单独补换配件，来回运费由客户负责。
四、关于退换货
1、本店原则上不支持无理由退货，如果因买家个人原因确实需要退货，来回运费有买家负责，拒收到付件（我们有购买运费险，退回运费有保险公司那边承担的），退货产品按购买价格退80%货款（退回产品来回运输造成损坏损失较大。）
2、如因买家个人原因需要退换货，请在收货后15天内联系我们处理，换货要求产品不影响我们二次销售，并有买家承担来回运费。
3‘以下条件不能享受退换：退回的产品包装损毁或不完整，产品配件和相关资料不齐，擅自改装订单商品。具体请与客户协商处理。
