机器介绍

花生脱壳机有机架、风扇、转子、单相电机、筛网(有大中小两种)1000型、入料斗、震动筛、三角带轮及其传动三角带等组成。机具正常运转后，将花生定量、均匀、连续地投入进料斗，花生在转子的反复打击、摩擦、碰撞作用下，花生壳破碎。花生粒及破碎的花生壳在转子的旋转风压及打击下，通过一定孔径的筛网(花生第一次脱粒用大孔筛网，清选后的小皮果更换成小孔筛网进行第二次脱壳)，这时，花生壳、粒受到旋转风扇的吹力作用，重量轻的花生壳被吹出机体外，花生粒通过震动筛的筛选达到清选的目的。

工作原理：

花生果由人工喂料，先落到粗文栅里，由于文板转动与固定栅条凹板间的搓力，将花生壳剥离分离后的花生仁与壳同时经过栅网落下，再通过风道过由风力将大部分花生壳吹击机外，而花生仁和一部分尚未剥离的花生小果一起落入比重分选筛，经过重筛选后，花生仁由分离筛面上行，通过料口流入麻袋，而尚未剥离的花生（小果），则由筛面下行，经过出料道口流入提升机，再由提升机送入细纹栅进行二次剥壳，再经过比重分行筛分选，即可达到全剥离
