食用油浸出系统

食用油浸出系统是食用油浸出车间内先操作的部分。预处理后或压榨后的饼由输送设备送入浸出器，与有机溶剂充分接触，并浸泡一段时间，利用有机溶剂与油脂相溶的原理将油从饼里置换出来。置换之后得到的湿粕和混合油被送入浸出车间其他系统继续进行处理。
