JZ-F8 silicone rubber waterproof

JZ-F8 silicone rubber waterproof coating is a waterproof product which takes organosilicone as the principal thing. The product has the advantages of excellent film-forming property, elasticity, crack resistance and weather resistance. It has appropriate base course deformation capacity and could be mixed with concrete into a certain depth. The elastic and rigid waterproof could be realized at the same time. JZ-F8 silicone rubber waterproof coating could be constructed in normal temperature. The construction is convenient and the efficiency is high. Both brush coating and roller painting could be adopted. The product can also be allocated to a variety of colors. It both has the function of waterproof and decoration. The product is waterproof and breathable. It can prevent water leakage effectively. The flexibility is excellent and can be used for bridging cracks. The resistance to high temperature is 200 degrees and to low temperature is minus 60 degrees.

JZ-F8 is widely used for waterproof coating of roof, kitchen, toilet, basement, wall and base of canals, bridges, swimming pools, reservoirs and other large engineering and civil construction.

    The product has two components and the usage is easy. The operation is according to the proportion of 3%. If there is time requirements, the percentage of curing agent could be increased or decreased. The waterproof base should be dry, no-water, greaseless and no-loose before using. The sunny weathers must be chosen for outdoor operations. It can not contact with water before curing. For strict construction, you could adapt two glue layer with one cloth layer (brush one layer of glue firstly, one layer of cloth secondly and another layer of glue finally. The cloth could be non-woven fabrics or glass fiber fabrics). The stirring should be even during construction and painting should be even as well. Coating should be free from holidays. After construction completed, one layer of cement mortar should be covered for protection layer before coating curing finished. The cement mortar should be sieved. Small stones and sharp particles should be sieved out. And the cement mark should not be too high.
