液压翻转犁，又称液压反转双向（hydraulic reversible ploughs ）。包括悬挂架、翻转油缸、止回机构、地轮机构、犁架和犁体，通过油缸中活塞杆的伸缩带动犁架上的正反向犁体作垂直翻转运动，交替更换到工作位置，主要应用于农业上的开土、碎土。

地轮是丝杠调节耕深的一轮两用机构。悬挂架与工作主机相连，犁体通过犁柱连在犁架上，犁架上安装有地轮机构，其特征在于所说翻转油缸中缸体与接在犁架上的油缸座相铰接，缸体内有一做伸缩运动的活塞杆，犁架上固定有中心轴，在中心轴外的中心轴套后端与活塞杆铰接，前端穿过并固定在悬挂架横梁上，活塞杆通过与油缸座、犁架连接带动中心轴在中心轴套内做回转运动。
