All the sale items are Authentic Jun Porcelain Handcrafts. The shape of purchasing item is same as the one in the picture, while most of the glazing color and formed pattern cannot be ensured same as the one in the picture because of complete kiln change in the course of firing Jun Wares and it’s not objectively controlled, in that there are no absolute same items for Jun Porcelain.
So it’s no problem if you receive item with the different glazing color and formed pattern from the one in picture, also for color difference by reason of lighting, display and other factors during shooting. And we will not afford the item return freight charge by above reasons.
Jun Porcelain items are fragile. It’s possibly damaged during transportation. Please open package and record by photo or video on site of receiving item, and refuse to receive and contact us if damaged.
