1) It is suitable to make the flat tempering glass with high quality, especially for tempering LOW-E glass and patterned glass.
2) The heating speed and capacity increase by about 25% compared with the traditional radiant heat furnace. And the residence time is shortened inside the furnace. In addition, it reduces the abrasion of the bottom surface of the glass obviously.
3) The heat-absorbing capacity of both sides of the glass tends to balance. The heating uniformity of the glass surface will be greatly improved. So the fog phenomenon in the middle of the bottom and the brust phenomenon of the thick glass are disappeared.
4) The convection tempering glass furnace adopts the concection heat type, easy to heat the upper and lower surface and guarantee the optical and mechanical performance.
5) All the metal material and components inside the furnace adopt the excellent oxidation material that resistance to high temperature.
The rate of the heating is much more effiency than the normal one’s, with good uniformity and better heating speed under the advanced heating technology of double exhaust fan, especially for the heating of coating glass and LOW-E glass.
