山茶油加工设备

山茶油加工工艺主要有压榨法和浸出法两种。压榨法山茶油加工工艺是用物理压榨方式，从山茶籽中榨取茶籽油，是一种传统的食用油提取工艺。浸出法山茶油加工工艺则是用物理化学原理，用食用级溶剂从山茶籽中抽提出茶籽油的一种方法。山茶籽油怎么榨？下面国瑞为大家讲解山茶油加工工艺流程。

（1）烘干：烘去山茶籽一部分水份，以利脱壳。若山茶籽水份含量在15％左右时，可不经过焙烘。
（2）清理：用风选、筛选、磁选等方法除去杂质。
（3）脱壳：采用剥壳机、风机、茶壳分离器等，使壳仁通过风车之后分离，脱掉种壳。
（4）轧胚：分离后的茶仁经轧胚机轧胚，轧胚后的茶仁呈龟裂状，从而大大增加了茶仁的内外表面积，便于吸收热量与调节水份，同时轧胚能把大小不同的茶仁都压成0.3～0.5厘米厚，这样在炒料过程中可减少生熟不一的现象。
（5）蒸炒：一般在平底炒锅中蒸炒，待料胚露出油光，手摸发烫，温度在115～125℃左右，水份含量为3％时，即可入榨，蒸炒是整个山茶油加工工艺中比较关键的一个工序，蒸炒质量的高低会直接影响山茶籽榨油机出油率。
（6）压榨：采用山茶籽榨油机、转速为40～42转／分进行压榨较适宜。
（7）过滤：一般使用板框式滤油机过滤，滤出的山茶籽油澄清透明，得到的油为毛茶油。

毛茶油水份含量较高，色泽和气味都不够正常，精炼后才能达到食用要求。山茶油加工工艺中一般用碱炼法精炼，碱炼法能去酸，去杂质、去部分色素和气味。 e3c8ac4484cbf3a403b8847f1e34ce
