1.We produced full auto blade grinding machine, which was designed with grinding style for overall and placed straight line slide rail on the 25mm thickness mold steel plate.  

2.0-90 degree slope can be adjusted.

3.The equipped applied for customer who would higher require about blade and grinding, usually used for LGP industry, TP production, glass silk screen industry, PCB printing industry.

1The equipped used Grind wheel and imported electronic assembling, whole machine coated with vanish and it’s light grey color. 

2Guide rail is straight line screw tray which is from Japan or straight line slide rail, it’s accuracy and excellent steel material. 

3The motor driver grind process, which can ensure grinding quality smooth and subtlety(精细的）.   . 

4Blade griper used 5mm model clamp locking design, which made deformation glue adjust back and made sure blade quality. 

5 The blade griper is designed base on blade holder, which can apply for machinery blade and manual grind. 

6 Machine tooled design which make glue won’t be deformation and won’t have wave phenomenon. Also ensure grind accuracy and depth can be adjusted willfully.
