首先感谢您用宜福机械生产的食品加工设备，我厂主要生产各种型号松香锅，猪脑壳机，猪蹄打毛机，油炸机、油炸生产线、豆泡油炸机，油条油炸机，薄脆油炸机，鱼类油炸生产线，素肉油炸生产线，江米条油炸生产线，鱼豆腐油炸生产线等。

一、工艺流程：上料------低温油炸-------高温油炸-------沥油冷却

（一）、设计理念：

该油炸豆泡生产线，是根据豆腐原料的特性而科学设计的一款生产设备，从上料到低温油炸、高温油炸、沥油冷却，可实现自动化生产，炸豆泡油炸机优质豆泡油炸机部分功能如下。

一、上料机传输原料到油炸机的成熟设备，必须实现匀速可调，将物料源源不断的输送油炸机，而且必须实现定量可调。

二、油炸机必须实现不间断不伤害原料旋转撒料式，而且必须分前后两段，前段低温后段高温二次油炸，前段油温140°~155°，后段高温在160°~180°，油温必须可调，前段油炸设计多道搅拌及出料输送，后段设计加上层网带压炸式，可使物品充分油炸，设计底部刮渣，自动出渣方式，炸豆泡油炸机优质豆泡油炸机加热管设计在油炸槽中，并实行油循环功能，使油温尽量恒定，实现豆泡油炸效果的。

三、沥油冷却线是将经油炸机中输出的产品，经强流风力使产品表面的油瞬间沥除，使产品有油量减少，并经后段冷却风机将产品温度迅速降低。
