四工位罐磨机简介

罐磨机也叫滚坛机，是实验室、小批量生产用超细研磨、混合设备。该机美观新颖，结构紧凑，操作方便，工作效率高，磨细粒度均匀，是科研、教学、试验、生产的优选设备。可广泛在电子材料、磁性材料、生物医药、陶瓷釉浆、金属粉末、非金属矿、新型材料等行业使用。该机外观新颖，结构先进，使用方便。该机罐体转速优化设计，罐体由橡胶辊子托动做转动，可使研磨罐体内的介质球形成倾流式运动分散物料，获得理想的研磨效果，能较快的把物料磨细到微米级。罐磨机（滚坛机）机采用了数显时间控制器控制，根据需要可以随时设定工作时间，并具有暂停、累加定时控制功能，操作省时省力，轻松方便。

四工位罐磨机用途

罐磨机在工作时，筒体内的研磨介质和物料一起随筒体转动提升至一定高度，由于重力作用而脱离筒壁沿抛物线下落，物料在研磨介质的冲击作用和研磨介质的滚动和滑动产生的摩擦和剪切作用下被粉碎。
