Product Introduction

油脂浸出亦称“萃取”，是用有机溶剂提取油料中油脂的工艺过程。

基本过程：把油料胚（或预榨饼）浸于选定的溶剂中，使油脂溶解在溶剂内（组成混合油），然后将混合油与固体残渣（粕）分离，混合油再按不同的沸点进行蒸发、汽提，使溶剂汽化变成蒸气与油分离，从而获得油脂（浸出毛油）。溶剂蒸气则经过冷凝、冷却回收后继续使用。粕中亦含有一定数量的溶剂，经脱溶烘干处理后即得干粕，脱溶烘干过程中挥发出的溶剂蒸气仍经冷凝、冷却回收使用。
