● Crafts —— the Pure Handwork

The industrious Ku-cong minority live in remote mountains for a long time. Their being in owe of nature form a unique life style and specific mode of production, which make a harmonious relationship between human being and nature. The spirit of harmony is also fully manifested in walnut’s handwork. For instance, Ku-cong workers use handmade craft most part in each production process including picking, peeling, baking and other craft procedures ,Which ultimately contribute in keeping walnuts’ nutritious.

● Production —— Healthy and Nutrient

 Walnut, on the top of four dry fruits in the world, has long been known as a “wisdom god” and the longevity fruit. The classical Chinese Materia Medica says that eating walnut regularly not only can make your brain healthy and enhance wisdom, but also maintain your beauties and prolong your life. Therefore it was classified as high grade in Shen nong's classic of materia medica.  Moreover, the Compendium of Materia Medica recorded other functions of walnut kernel, such as producing plumpness, strengthening and lubricating the muscles, and increasing the blackness of the hair. They are also considered to be diuretic, antilithic, and stimulant to the kidneys and lungs. They are recommended in heartburn, colic, dysentery, and intestinal intoxications.
