悬浮套管脱壳，风力初选，比重二次分离清选后的花生仁便可以自动转入麻袋，具有结构简单，紧凑，操作灵活，简单。便于维护保养，脱壳，性能好，是个体加个户，粮库，油脂加工厂及食品行业的花生脱壳设备。

花生果由喂料斗进入前滚筒，利用悬浮套筒转动与凹板的搓力将花生果剥开，实现仁、壳分离；分离后的花生仁与壳同时经前凹板落下，经前滑板通过风道时，由风力将花生壳吹出机外实现风力初选；花生仁和尚未被剥壳的花生小果一起落入比重分离筛进行，后的花生仁沿筛面上行经过出仁口进入麻袋；尚未被剥壳的花生小果，则沿筛面下行，经出料槽进入风送机，由风送机将其送入后滚筒进行二次剥壳；剥开后的仁和壳经后凹板落下，再经风力初选，比重分离，即可实现全部剥壳。
