一体式红薯淀粉机，转笼式洗薯红薯淀粉机由转笼清洗机和螺旋上料机和淀粉机组成，是天诚公司根据薯藕特性专门设计的淀粉加工设备。天诚转笼清洗上料机动力小，上料方便，处理量大，清洗干净彻底，克服了人工清洗上料，产量低、劳动强度高的缺点，减轻了体力劳动，可广泛应用于红薯、马铃薯、莲藕、蕉藕、葛根、萝卜等块状茎原料的清洗。使用时薯藕由料斗缓缓洗薯机转笼内，通过转笼缓慢运行，清水浸泡，薯藕等在旋筒中一方面沿筒壁作圆周运动，一方面沿轴线作直线运动，加长了清洗距离，薯藕洗净度高，并可部分去皮。泥沙、石块、皮渣通过壳底排污口自动排出，洗好的薯藕再经螺旋上料机输送到出料口进入淀粉机中粉碎加工即可。

淀粉机由两台加长箩淀粉分离机组成，它采用滚齿擦丝洗粉新工艺，操作简便，生产效率高，过滤箩不堵塞，淀粉浆分离彻底，提取率高，一次性地完成鲜薯碎解、洗粉、过滤（浆渣分离）三道工序，是综合国内淀粉机的优点生产的新型薯类淀粉加工机械，适用于红薯、土豆、蕉藕、莲藕、百合、荸荠等原料加工淀粉。一体式红薯淀粉机，转笼式洗薯红薯淀粉机TCH-4000，清洗方式：转笼，破碎型式：卧式刺辊，动力18KW，重量400公斤，生产效率3-4吨/小时，用水量0.95m3/h，价格13500元/套（不含运输费用）。另供不粘连粉条机组14000元。
