硅胶成型时因模具表面喷涂过脱模剂或新的模具表面有防锈油，所以必须用清理干净硅橡胶表面的油污。

1.硅胶未完全硫化时，表面受低分子的影响会导致后续贴合的粘接不良，可采用180℃×45分钟二次加硫使硅胶完全硫化。

2.如果塑胶KEY背面是采用丝印油墨加工，根据补强的亮油或光固油的不同可适当选择460胶水试粘对比效果，以确定粘接强度。

3.刷涂K770处理剂（底涂剂）于硅橡胶接合面，放置3分钟。

4.涂少量瞬间胶粘剂（495胶水）于已涂过底涂剂的硅橡胶表面，将其与另一种基材进行粘接，适当用力压合粘接面。（请勿涂胶粘剂太多，太多会影响接合效果）。

5.放置数分钟即可粘为一体，实用强度24小时后强度达到高点。

K770处理剂注意事项：

1.K770处理剂极易挥发，必须保存于阴凉干燥处，使用后立刻密封盖好。

2.涂刷处理剂的刷子和工作台面要经常用碎布（浸泡过白电油）擦干净，时常保持清洁。

3.要戴指套作业，涂好底涂剂的硅橡胶不要用手触摸，并在2小时内用完。

4.K770处理剂有刺激性，使用时应注意通风，特别防止溅入眼睛，如溅入眼睛要立即用大量清水冲洗，并及时到医院就诊。

快干胶注意事项

1.495胶水使用时有轻微刺激和催泪作用，好在空气流动处操作。

2.在干燥(相对湿度50±10%)避光低温处保存。

3.儿童不可接触，如不慎溅到眼睛或皮肤上，立即用清水冲洗或医治。

4.用完后将瓶口擦干盖紧，密封保存
