General Discription
The BDL series of drying loaders integrate plastic drying and loading injection moulding machine which are placed in height limited workshop. This combination offeres a group of standard micro - switch hoppers wich can be used to load dryed materials. Which can be used to load dryed materal. Besides, BAL-900G is available for chose to realize the two - stage loading fuction.

1) Takes little space and easy for transportation and replacement.
2) Adopts proportional deviation temp. Indicating controller which controls the temp. accurately.
3) Stainless stell hopper ensures no material pollutions.
4) Equips with larming light to show faults at once.
5) Hopper separated form its base, ensures cleaning conveniently.
6) Environment protective hot air recycling device can save energy up to 40%, without hot air or dust discharging.
7) A closed loop material loading system to prevent the dryed material from contacting with outside air, so to avoid damping.
8) BDL integrate drying and single loading into one unit, adopts temp. controller to accurately control temp. 24 hours timer is available for choose.
9) Usual base and single tube suction box are standard accessories.
10) Hopper is ready for polishing so to ensure no material pullutions.
11) Hot air recycler, blower inlet filter, air filter, cyclone dust collector, magnetic base, hopper magnet.
12) Euro suction box as your options.
13) Can match with BAL - 900G to realize the two stage loading fuction.
