Product Introduction
球磨机一般均由筒体、衬板、给料器、排料器、中空轴、轴承、传动装置和润滑系统组成。球磨机里当圆筒绕水平轴线以一定转速回转时，装在筒内的介质和原料在离心力和摩擦力的作用下，随着筒体达到一定高度当它们自身的重力大于离心力时，便脱离筒体内壁抛射下落或滚下，由于冲击力而击碎矿石。同时，在球磨机动转过程中，磨矿介质相互间的滑动运动对原料也产生研磨作用。
球磨机用于细磨作业，但也常被用于粗磨作业。球磨机在各工业部门（除忌铁材料以外）中都有广泛应用，主要可用于选矿工业、冶金、化工、建材、硅酸盐工业，耐火、电力、水泥等工业部门，来粉磨硬度的矿石煤或其他可磨性物料。
