Product Introduction

气泡喷淋清洗机

（1）用途：对物料进行清洗，去除物料中存在的农残、毛发、纤维、草、沙石、特别适用于产品无损伤清洗。

（2）特点：采用食品级材料安全可靠、无污染。输送平稳，速度可调，物料随输送带运动行进，能够避免对输送物的损坏。噪音较小，适合于工作环境要求比较安静的场合。结构简单，便于维护。能耗较小，使用成本低。

清洗机采用水浴式气泡清洗加高压喷淋，物料在水中通过气泡在释放过程中产生的翻腾效果，使物料在水中发生不规则的强烈翻转运动，通过物料的运动有效分离被清洗物表面附着物，再加上高压气动喷淋，模拟人工清洗基本动作，同时由于物料是在汽水混合物中产生的翻腾运动，有效避免了清洗过程中产生的碰、磕、划伤等对物料的损伤现象，该清洗机在物料输送过程中使物料在完成汽水浴淋清洗后，再经过喷淋清洗，该道工序的作用是将物料表面的脏水及赃物替换去除，提高物料的清洗效果，同时，外来的清洁喷淋水在对物料进行二次清洗后，水自动流流出，达到替换补充水浴槽内的清洗水，保持了水浴槽内水质的清洁度，即提高了清洗水的利用率，又增加了清洗效果。
