连续烘烤机是由机架、传送网带、加热装置和热循环装置构成。设备的前段上料斗有控制物料层厚度的闸板。不同的物料透气特性选择合适的料层厚度可以有效的保证热风的均匀穿透。传动带的传动滚筒通过电磁调速电机带动，运行速度可以大范围的调节，对于物料的烘烤熟度控制主要是通过该运行速度来调节的。加热装置和热循环装置，使得烘箱内产生均匀的循环热风。热风从网带的下部向上穿透物料然后再经过加热原件补充热能。温控仪可以实现自动温控。物料厚度，输送带的运行速度和设定的烘烤温度匹配合适后就能够有效的保证物料的均匀烘干。
