钻孔取芯机主要用途：
混凝土钻孔取芯机主要有两个用途，一是水平面钻孔用，适用于道钉安装，路桩安装，桥梁钻孔操作规程，集成房屋桩基钻孔等，已广泛应用于交通工程公司、中铁集团、集成房屋公司等单位；二是取芯用，适用于路面取芯做试验用，已广泛应用于各地检测中心。
主要特点：
1、采用双立柱结构、螺旋给进方式，稳定性好，操作简单省力。配有行轮，移动方便。
2、采用高速切割技术与薄壁金刚石钻头配套，可钻切高强度钢筋混凝土，钻进效率高、孔位准确、孔壁光滑，成孔质量好，芯样完整光滑、震动小，对建筑物无损害。

1、钻头孔直径：200mm
2、钻头孔深度：700mm(使用加长杆或加长芯管时可达1500mm)

操作过程：
1、使用前的准备工作
（1）加入93#无铅汽油和润滑油，加入机油的多少可根据机油尺刻度为准。
（2）在立柱上加注润滑油，并转动给进手柄和输出轴，检查给进和回转是否灵活可靠。
（3）准备好水源。
（4）检查各部位螺丝是否松动。
