U系列截齿是用于采煤机上的截齿，包括 U47，U62，U765，U76， U82，U84，U85，U92，U94，U95，U100,U119，U138，U170 等。

采煤机截齿可分为普通截齿，耐磨截齿，硬岩截齿，无火花截齿，超硬岩截齿和砂岩截齿。

采煤机耐磨截齿就是加耐磨层的截齿，硬岩截齿和超硬岩截齿都是用于坚硬岩上的截齿，砂岩截齿就是带有合金条的截齿，无火花截齿是用等离子激光技术在截齿上焊接一层合金耐磨层，这款适用于瓦斯煤矿。

采煤机截齿加工工艺

42CrMo材质刀体的常规热处理工艺为：840℃油淬+360～400℃回火。 35CrMnSi材质刀体的常规热处理工艺为：880℃油淬+380～430℃回火。有条件的生产厂家也可采用880℃加热保温+280～320℃等温淬火，然后空冷的热处理工艺
