◆关于零售：
1、不满200元的订单，视为零售，可以发货，一经售出不退不换，如是运输问题，可协商解决，请收货时当着运输公司人员面清点数量、确认无误后再签收，如若出现未核对数量签收情况出现少货，我们有权不受理。
2、因质量问题造成功能短缺，如需补配件不单独安排，需下次补货或自行承担运费。
◆发货时间：一般情况下，我们将在您拍下产品后72小时内为您发货，因产品的更新流动快，在订购到发货这段时间里，可能您所订购的产品出现缺货了，我们会及时与您取得联系等待您的处理意见，如果没有特殊的要求，或是当时联系不到您我们将不另行通知，所以请各位客户根据实际情况尽量提前订货，以免急需时无法马上安排发货，不便之处，还请各位客户见谅。
◆关于物流：本厂产品报价一律不包含物流费用，物流收费标准以物流报价为准。量大走德京东物流，可送货上门，量小发韵达快递，不接受指定，建议各买家尽量走货运，货运自提可节省物流成本。具体详细请与客服联系。
◆收货标准：买家自提货物时请当着物流货运公司人员面前仔细查看货物，如发现外箱严重变形，破损，封箱包装带断裂缺损，封箱胶带不完整，有明显被拆封开启的痕迹，请当面拆封清点核对，发现误差须当面和物流公司协商解决赔偿，否则签收后视为无异议接受商品。
◆关于退换货：
1、如产品出厂质量问题的可协商退换货，但所产生运输费用需要由买家负责，如属使用后产生的问题，我厂不承担任何责任。
2、本店除特殊标志商品外，其余商品退换货8折。
3、其他如销量不好、没有想象中好等非产品本身质量问题的原因，我们将不提供退换货。
4、以下条件不能享受退换：退回的产品包装损毁或不完整、产品配件或相关资料不齐、擅自修理或改装产品、未按正常方法使用或贮存的商品，不便之处，敬请各位客户见谅。
◆关于售后：请在收到货后10天内（以签收时间为准）将产品问题反馈给我们售后，如超过其期限无反馈任何售后问题的，概不受理。质量问题的产品请可以累积，用普通物流退回，退回的运费均由买家承担。质量问题请先联系我们客服进行登记处理，如累计产品没有经过登记则无法退换货。
