3.1>电阻与功率Resistance and Power：

检测环境温度：25℃±1℃.

Detection Ambient Temperature：25℃±1℃.

检测仪表：同惠TH2512A型直流智能低电阻测试仪。

Measuring Instrument: TH2512A DC intelligent low resistance tester.

冷态电阻Cold Resistance：客户订制；

功率：将陶瓷加热热管浸入水中施加额定工作电压220V/AC。

Power: Immerse the ceramic heating pipe in the water, applied rated operational voltage of220V/AC.

2>绝缘耐压Insulation and voltage resistance

绝缘耐压Insulation and Voltage Resistance:将陶瓷加热管加热部分浸入水中，施加电压AC2500V/2s，

击穿电流≤3mA .

Immerse the heating part of the ceramic heating pipe in the water,applied voltage of AC2500V/2s,breakdown current≤3mA.

检测仪表：蓝光LK2671B型耐压测试仪，LK2683绝缘电阻测试仪

Measuring Instrument: Blue LK2671B withstand voltage tester,LK2683 insulation resistance tester.

3>绝缘电阻:施加DC500V  电压（浸入水中）,测试加热管绝缘电阻>200MΩ.

Insulation resistance:Apply DC500V voltage (in the water) to test insulation resistance of heating pipe>200MΩ.

4>干烧测试:将产品暴露空气中,AC180V通电30秒,产品表面温度达到800℃,发热均匀,无亮点,暗点,产品无打火,

烧线,裂缝现象;

Dry Burning Test: products will be exposed in the air, electrify AC180V for 30 seconds,the surface temperature reached 800℃, uniform heating, no highlights, dark spots, no flame,burning line, crack phenomenon.

5>过水测试:将陶瓷加热管加热区浸入流水中,在AC255V电压下通5秒断10秒,循环6次,

再直接通电30秒.产品发热正常无损坏.

Water Test: Immerse the heating zone of the ceramic heating pipe in the water,in the AC255V voltage, power on for 5s and then10s Off , with the circulation of 6 times,and then directpower on for 30 seconds; the product keep a normal fever without damage.

耐久性Durability:

1>在额定工作电压下,陶瓷发热管装入测试夹具中注入10-25℃水,通电10秒，暂停10秒，循环10000次无损坏.

Under rated operating voltage, the ceramic heating pipe is loaded into the test fixture and injected into the 10-25 ℃ water,power on for 10s /off for 10s, cycle for 10000 times,with nodamage.

 2>在额定工作电压下,陶瓷发热管装入测试夹具中注入5-7℃水,通电30秒，暂停30秒，循环5000次无损坏.

Under rated operating voltage, the ceramic heating pipe is loaded into the test fixture and injected into the 5-7 ℃ water,power on for 30s /off for 30s, cycle for 5000 times,with no damage.

存储Storage

产品必须存储于干燥无尘，无阳光直射的环境中，适宜温度5-35℃，湿度＜60%。

The product must be stored in a dry, dust-free, no direct sunlight environment,suitable temperature 5-35 degrees, humidity＜60%.

注意事项Attentions：

 1>陶瓷加热管在安装过程应避免撞击、跌落造成产品碎裂损坏；

 In the installation process, the ceramic heating pipe should avoid the impact and drop,thusto avoid the fragmentation and damage;

 2>安装时注意管体不能沾染油污，手汗等防水性物质，预防陶瓷加热管在工作时局部散热不良而损坏；

 Do not stain greasy dirt, hand perspiration and any other waterproof substances on the body of thepipe when install the heating tube. In order to prevent the poor local heat dissipationwhen it works;

 4>陶瓷加热管的工作环境严禁骤冷骤热，防止陶瓷管体受冷热冲击损坏；

 The working condition of the ceramic heating pipe is strictly forbidden to excessive heat and cold,in order to prevent the ceramic tube from being damaged by cold and hot shock;

 包装Packing

 珍珠棉、泡沫、纸箱，用于产品包装及保护，避免运输损耗

 EPE, foam, cardboard boxes, for product packaging and protection, to avoid the loss during the process of transportation.
