自动排渣过滤机

自动排渣过滤机又叫叶片过滤机、振动过滤机，是植物油过滤设备的一种。东盈根据各行业固液分离过滤中常见的问题，研发生产的自动排渣过滤机滤叶采用了不锈钢滤网，寿命长、产量大、精度高；独创的压油机构，渣中含油低、易操作、便于排渣，适用于油脂加工行业生产中脱色油过滤、澄清过滤、结晶体等的过滤分离工艺，特地是解决了油脂加工行业中棉籽、菜籽、蓖麻等机榨毛油难过滤、不易排渣等问题。

自动排渣过滤机由齿轮油泵或离心泵把由脱色锅或搅拌罐混合好的白土混合液体通过管道抽到白土脱色过滤机罐内并充满，在泵的推力作用下，通过打循环使大颗粒的白土先在滤网表面被截留从而形成滤饼层，在滤饼层的作用下，细微颗粒的白土被截留从而形成无数的细微通道，进而截留更细微的悬浮物，只允许清澈的液体通过，这时开始过滤，在过滤的过程中通过不断新的白土混合液抽入以形成新的滤饼层，使得滤饼不会有所堵塞，这样物料就通过滤饼层进行实质性过滤，清澈的液体通过滤网内部通道经出油嘴流到出油管，在泵的推力作用下经管道流到成品油罐。
