2-产品简介

1. 解冻线整机采用食品级不锈钢制造而成，（电机元件除外)清洗方便，满足对食品卫生的相关规定。

2.槽体采用2mm不锈钢制作，受力出采用3mm不锈钢制作，架体采用50*50不锈钢方管制作。

3、为保证解冻槽温度均一，采用循环泵将槽内冷水强制循环；

4、为保障解冻出来的产品干净，在解冻段网带中间设有冷水喷淋；为保障解冻槽里的水质干净无杂质，在解冻槽外单加储水槽循环，使产品在解冻过程中，由产品带入解冻槽里的杂质，经在外水槽里面循环有足够的时间沉淀，以减少对解冻槽清洗的次数；
