Product Introduction
安全帽的结构形式要求：
1 帽壳顶部应加强。可以制成光顶或有筋结构。帽壳制成无沿，有沿或卷边。
2 塑料帽衬应制成有后箍的结构，能自由调节帽箍大小。
3 无后箍帽衬的下颏带制成“Y”型，有后箍的，允许制成单根。
4 接触头前额部的帽箍，要透气、吸汗。
5 帽箍周围的衬垫，可以制成条形，或块状，并留有空间使空气流通。

当作业人员头部受到坠落物的冲击时，利用安全帽帽壳、帽衬在瞬间先将冲击力分解到头盖骨的整个面积上，然后利用安全帽各部位缓冲结构的弹性变形、塑性变形和允许的结构破坏将大部分冲击力吸收，使最后作用到人员头部的冲击力降低到４９００Ｎ以下，从而起到保护作业人员的头部的作用。安全帽的帽壳材料对安全帽整体抗击性能起重要的作用。
