【产品优点】1、最大的优点是冷光源，因为不会在印刷表面产生高温，适合于对各种温度敏感材料的印刷。
2、使用寿命长，相对于传统UV固化设备，其汞灯使用寿命只有800-3000小时，采用UV LED紫外固化系统的使用寿命达到20000-30000小时。
3、无污染环保，传统的高压汞灯方式，灯管内有水银，废品处理、运输非常麻烦，处理不当会对环境产生严重污染。而LED式固化机采用半导体放光，没有对环境造成污染的因素。
4、输出UV光强高且稳定均匀，采用大功率UV LED芯片和特殊的光学设计，是紫外光达到高精度、高强度的照射；紫外光输出达到6800uW/cm2的照射强度。
5、安装简单、节约空间，LED固化机的体积只有传统固化机的1/5大小，使设备的安装更加简单，减少了生产现场的场地占用面积。

注意事项：本厂生产的紫光固化灯波长均在360nm以上，属于安全范围以内，但是在具体操作过程中还是需注意以下几点：1、请勿长时间直视LED UV固化灯的紫外光源；2、请勿长时间的被紫外光照射皮肤； 3、请勿频繁弯曲固化灯的电缆；4、请勿随意的拆卸设备。
