PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

APF-C pre-applied high polymer self-adhesive waterproof membrane (non-asphalt)  is a multi-layer compound waterproof material which is specially developed for the pre-pavement construction of underground project. It is mainly composed of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) membrane, self-adhesive polymer film and reactive sand with particular performance.  In the initial curing of the new pouring concrete, under the action of gravity, the concrete and the membrane slowly cross-linked meshing, and in the cement curing process it produces physical adsorption, making the membrane and post-pouring concrete firmly to bonding together, not easy to disengage

PRODUCT FEATURES

Anti-seawater corrosion: anti-chloride ion penetration, salt and alkali resistance

Chemical stability: the common inorganic, organic acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents are not corrosive to it. The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene in the chemical stability similar to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), is an inert material

Resistance to deformation ability: uneven settlement requires waterproof layer has good strength and good extensibility.

Full-stick to prevent channeling water: good elongation at break, when the skin waterproof structure of the pre-applied membrane and the main structure deform, it won't have subject to the stretching effect.
