Features:

Seamless, High-quality, fully annealed, Hardness not to exceed 90 HRB or 200 HV. Hydraulic Tubing to be free of scratches, suitable for bending and flaring.

Materials:

316L hydraulic tubing is the most popular stainless steel hydraulic tubing in applications. And the other materials of hydraulic tubing is available in 304/304L, 316/316L, 321/321H, 316Ti, 347/347H; duplex stainless steel grades as S31803, S32750, S32760, 2205; and super duplex stainless steel grades 904, 904L, and so on.

Available Size Range:

Outside Diameter:  1/8” (3 mm) through 3.00” (76.1 mm)

Wall thickness: 0.5 mm to 10 mm.

Heat treatment & surface condition:

Stainless steel hydraulic tubing usually is delivered in Annealed and Pickled condition, Bright Annealed and Polished surface finish conditions are delivered on customers’ request.

Lengths

Usually stainless steel hydraulic tubing is supplied in fixed length 6000mm (+/- 5mm), but we can also produce the tubes with length on customers’ requests up to 18 meters.
