Question:How could I know I get the best price?
Answer: Wow!Another hard question. Please tell us any angle of your design and try to fill all the questions sheet which we send to you after we receive your request.It will help us to do the right quotation for you.
Of course we do have profit on making them but not much!

Question:What kind of design picture I need to prepare?
Answer: Normally,a similar picture is ok.But the best file will be 3D max 2012,CDR X5, CAD2012, PS CS6, AI CS6.

Question: How I can know you can meet my delivery time?
Answer: We can do rush order for you but it is not a good choice.It need you and us both put effect on it.We have responsibility for you but also for other customer.Normally,the delivery time for mass production is 15 days.We will inform you the mass production delivery time before you place the order.

Question: Are you going to change my design?
Answer: We do not change the customer's design.We will inform the customer how best we can do and which we can not do.As all we know that not all design ideas can come to the reality.

Question:I am worried about the trophy weight.I do not want it too heavy.
Answer: One of the advantages for metal trophy is it has the feeling of weight.Sometimes,according to the size,it will be up to 4kg to 10 kg for each.This time we will do it hollowly,it will reduce the weight by 30% to 70%.

Question:How could I know my order is starting and how would I know the production reached each production plan point?
Answer: After confirmed each order,you will be gavin a production schedule.We will send the production photos to your mail box. Beside the photos,we also will upload production video on each stage or your request point to youtube.You can check it in your office computer.It is so easy to control!
