Product Description

The EP450TM portable two-way radio with display offers the increased communication flexibility with features such as push-to-talk ID and selective call. Powerful audio output penetrates noisy environments, providing clear, crisp audio at any volume. A lightweight, ergonomic design makes this radio comfortable to carry and operate. 

To provide the range that’s best for your business, the EP450 radio is available in both 4W UHF and 5W VHF models. A range of battery choices and rapid recharging capabilities help ensure radio readiness.

Shipping& Handling:

We ship order within the same day or next business day after the payment is received (Saturday, Sunday & China official holidays excluded). 
We use EUB & HK post as our regular shipping forwarder. We ship to US with flat rate shipping by EUB. For other countries, we ship with flat rate shipping by HK POST. Normally the shipment to worldwide is used to take 7 to 25 business days (Sat & Sun exclude).

We do our best to provide you the most reliable, affordable way of shipping service. However, sometimes internal delivery is highly depended on the Courier Company and local customs/duties. If you do not receive your item on time, pls contact us immediately for further assistance. Thank you for understanding.

If you need faster shipping method with tracking number, pls contact us before you arrange payment. We will feedback you to provide you more choices for fast shipping with different cost. (We support DHL, EMS, UPS, FedEX, etc)

We will ship to the address as the shipping address on each order only. Please make sure the "Shipped to" address you input on the order checkout is correct. We regret that we are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

Our shipping rates include the cost of shipping, handling, packaging and related manpower costs. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are customer's responsibility. Pls check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

We provide 30 days money back on non-defective, undamaged products. Restocking fee and other fee may apply upon the condition of returned products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact our customer service representatives via email for an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization #) number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a completed RMA.
